We coach both individuals and entire teams, aiming to develop their potential. We provide coaching programmes focused on management, field coaching of salespeople, long-term personal development programmes and more. The Coaching Systems methodology includes the G. R. O. W. and „inner game“ principles and emphasizes coaching for performance. In coaching, we often apply knowledge of MBTI® personality typology and approaches of various coaching schools. We perceive coaching as professional guidance of coachees through their development, as creating a safe and inspiring place for consideration, decision-making and attainment of coachees’ goals. Coaching brings raised awareness and recognition of responsibility for one’s own development, helps to cope with changes and enhances performance. Coaching Systems is a member of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and actively participates in its activities, both in the Czech Republic and internationally.

We also specialize in coach education: „Academy of Coaching Excellence“ is an intensive training system for professional coaches, used to develop competencies of EMCC coaches.
