Veronika Langrová

For over 20 years, Veronika has dedicated her professional life to personal and managerial development, adult education, and promoting the professionalization of coaching. She most frequently works as a coach, mentor, facilitator, and trainer, as well as a researcher and advocate for professional coaching.

She has completed several international coaching programs, earned the globally recognized Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential, and is a long-standing member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Currently, she is pursuing further studies in an international diploma program in Process-Oriented Psychology. To support her ongoing professional growth, she works long-term with mentors and supervisors from the UK and Switzerland.

In her coaching practice, Veronika focuses on leaders, managers, and experts across various fields, primarily within multinational companies. She also brings valuable experience working with top political leaders, as well as clients from the public administration and non-profit sectors. For many years, she has been teaching coaching to aspiring coaches, professionals in related fields, and anyone interested in applying coaching philosophy and mindset.

Veronika sees coaching as a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and think—a place to discover new goals and the paths to achieve them. As a coach, her role is to co-create this space, enabling clients to explore their inner world, generate fresh ideas, and navigate personal or professional transformations. She manages the structure and process, provides a broader perspective, and supports clients in taking action. On a personal level, she offers empathy and deep respect for each individual’s unique needs and journey.

She finds joy in life’s simple pleasures: the taste of dark cherries, the scent after a summer rain, a warm hug from loved ones, the sound of the ocean, or the view of a mountain landscape.
