    About<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Dominic is a senior coach and trainer with over 20 years of experience in the areas
    \nof leading workshops, life and business coaching, and leadership development. He
    \nhas experience in training most soft skills areas from sales to service, management
    \nand communication skills. Originally Australian, he has worked and lived in Central
    \nEurope since 1989. Given his experience, he uses knowledge from both
    \nenvironments in business organizations. He speaks English and Czech.<\/p>\n

      My approach<\/strong><\/p>\n

      My approach is largely influenced by many years of managing the Czech and Slovak
      \nbranches of a global training company. Here I gained experience in running a
      \nsuccessful business, leading people and teams. I was also able to acquire the know-
      \nhow of a global company in the field of people development.
      \nWhen working with people, I focus on creating space for participants to achieve
      \nsignificant changes in their behavior and attitudes by developing the skills that they
      \nlearn to apply in their own individual way.
      \nI am able to engage participants in person and in a virtual environment, which can
      \nlead to transformational change and improved performance. Participants in my
      \ntrainings appreciate the way I encourage them to develop new perspectives and
      \nbetter understand themselves. They appreciate my authenticity and openness and
      \nmy unorthodox approach. I am particularly able to train professional coaches and
      \nbring a combination of professionalism and humor to provide participants with a
      \nmeaningful and enjoyable experience that has concrete results. So often not only do
      \ntheir abilities change, but also their lives.<\/p>\n
