About

Dominic is a senior coach and trainer with over 20 years of experience in the areas
of leading workshops, life and business coaching, and leadership development. He
has experience in training most soft skills areas from sales to service, management
and communication skills. Originally Australian, he has worked and lived in Central
Europe since 1989. Given his experience, he uses knowledge from both
environments in business organizations. He speaks English and Czech.

My approach

My approach is largely influenced by many years of managing the Czech and Slovak
branches of a global training company. Here I gained experience in running a
successful business, leading people and teams. I was also able to acquire the know-
how of a global company in the field of people development.
When working with people, I focus on creating space for participants to achieve
significant changes in their behavior and attitudes by developing the skills that they
learn to apply in their own individual way.
I am able to engage participants in person and in a virtual environment, which can
lead to transformational change and improved performance. Participants in my
trainings appreciate the way I encourage them to develop new perspectives and
better understand themselves. They appreciate my authenticity and openness and
my unorthodox approach. I am particularly able to train professional coaches and
bring a combination of professionalism and humor to provide participants with a
meaningful and enjoyable experience that has concrete results. So often not only do
their abilities change, but also their lives.
